As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products. If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement. Cress florist does not refund money, but we guarantee the quality of our products and will replace to your or your recipient's satisfaction.
